All products sold through this store consist of pre-owned, second-hand garments originally manufactured by third-party brands, including but not limited to Nike, Adidas, and other trademark holders. These garments are lawfully acquired and subsequently customized independently through sublimation processes. As such, the items offered for sale are not new unless explicitly stated and may display minor signs of prior wear, washing, storage, or handling. While reasonable inspection is conducted prior to customization and shipment, the inherent nature of second-hand goods means slight imperfections may be present and shall not be considered defects.

This store operates independently and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Nike, Adidas, or any other brand referenced. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. The presence of branded garments does not imply sponsorship or approval. Customization performed on such garments is carried out independently after lawful purchase.

Due to the sublimation and customization process, variations in color saturation, print alignment, image sharpness, fabric response, and overall appearance may occur. Digital mockups and product photographs are representative only and may not reflect the final item with absolute precision. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that minor deviations between product images and delivered goods are normal and do not constitute grounds for dispute.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, misunderstanding of product description, aesthetic dissatisfaction, or delays caused by shipping carriers. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing sizing information, measurements, and product descriptions prior to purchase. Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

In the event that a customer receives an item materially different from what was ordered or an item that has sustained substantial damage directly attributable to shipping, the customer must provide written notice within forty-eight hours of confirmed delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the goods. Any resolution shall be determined exclusively at our discretion and shall not establish precedent.

Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after transfer of the package to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

All original custom designs created and applied by this store are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, replication, resale, modification, or commercial use of such designs without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased. Liability, where not legally excludable, shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the item in question. By completing a transaction, the customer expressly agrees to these limitations.

Privacy Policy

By placing an order, customers consent to the collection and processing of personal information including, but not limited to, name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment details for the sole purpose of order fulfillment, customer communication, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations. Such information may be shared with payment processors and shipping providers strictly as required to complete transactions. Personal data is not sold, rented, or traded to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal requirements.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase. Processing times refer only to preparation and packaging and do not include transit time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery windows are presented at checkout for informational purposes only. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed. The store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our direct control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer must cover any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

Risk of loss and ownership of purchased items transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. The store is not liable for loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during transit. Claims related to shipping damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the shipment as delivered.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The store has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict associated costs or delays.
